Use the resources below to support each phase of your rollout. 

Phase 1: Introduction

Tell your users about Venn. Focus on why you will use Venn and the benefits to your organization.

Phase 2: Onboarding

Support users as they install and start using Venn. Provide clear instructions and prepare for questions.

Phase 3: Adoption

Make sure that users are working in Blue Border. Monitor usage, enforce your company's policies, and onboard new users as they join the company.

  • Send users an email to notify them that business application access is restricted outside of Blue Border.


     

  • Clearly communicate your BYOD policy—and the privacy benefits of Venn’s Blue Border™–to candidates during the hiring process.


     

  • Share an onboarding guide that includes instructions for how to install and set up your IT systems (including Venn) and how to work in Blue Border with new employees or contractors that join your company.
