View a User's Session Management Settings
Users will have your company-level session management settings applied to them unless they're in a group with customized settings.
Users who are in more than one group will have all of the session management settings applied from the group with the strictest settings (no mixing of values across groups). We determine which group has the strictest settings in this way:
- If any of the groups have Native Windows or Mac session expires after idling enabled, the group's settings with the lowest Native Windows or Mac session expires after idling value are applied.
- If no group has Native Windows or Mac session expires after idling enabled, the group's settings with the lowest combined Reauthentication when idle value plus Grace period are applied.
To view a user's session management settings:
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device. -
Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.

Click View all settings.
-
