To minimize disruptions, Venn performs routine maintenance for up to one hour during the following standard maintenance windows:
- Mondays, 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM ET
- Wednesdays, 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM ET
While maintenance is being performed:
- End users can log in to Venn, launch applications, work with files and email, and perform tasks as usual, except for resetting Venn passwords if Venn is your IdP, which will be unavailable.
- Company Managers will have Read-Only access to Company Admin and will not be able to complete administrative tasks (e.g., policy updates, app configuration, or group management).
We recommend scheduling migrations, service windows, and other administrative tasks outside of these hours.
If non-routine maintenance is required outside these windows, Company Managers are notified directly via email.
