Venn allows Company Managers to align your users' experience in Venn with your company's brand. Customizing your branding reinforces for the user that they're in the right place when they log in to Venn.
View Your Company Branding
- Navigate to the Admin Portal.
- In your browser, go to https://login.venn.com/ and sign in if prompted. Then, click Open Admin Portal.
- From the desktop app, click the
Open web app icon. Then, click Company Admin in the top right.
- Click Settings in the menu at left and select Branding.
You will see your current company branding.
Customize Your Company Branding
As a Company Manager, you can adjust the following branding settings.

This logo will appear in the top left corner of most pages that users interact with in Blue Border, including the desktop, web, and mobile apps. You can upload a logo in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format, up to 180 x 50 pixels. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background. If your logo isn’t the right size, create a custom 180 x 50 px design in a free tool like Canva or Photopea. Add your logo, resize it to fit without stretching, then export it as a PNG. |

When a logo is uploaded, Venn will automatically isolate the top five colors from the logo for you to choose from as your main color. Your selected color will be used as a text and button highlight color in the Workplace Web App. If you do not select a main color, Venn's default blue will be used. |
If you would like to reset your theme to the Venn default, click Reset theme.
