As a Company Manager, you can contact support to request that additional custom fields called data tags be added to your company's user profiles in Venn's Blue Border.

Standard User Profile Fields

By default, Venn has a standard set of user profile fields including Mobile phone, Title, and Email. 

Custom User Profile Fields

In addition to standard user profile fields, you can contact support to request that additional custom fields be added to your company's user profiles.

For example, you may want to keep track of additional user information in Venn such as users' office location or additional contact information.

When requesting that additional data tags be added, specify whether or not you would like to require that this information be collected when users first set up their Venn account.
