As a Company Manager, you can view and manage who in your organization has access to Venn.
Venn Identity and User Management
In order to enable seamless user management in Venn, Venn offers several identity and user management options.
Third-Party Identity Providers
Venn offers integrations with popular third-party Identity Providers (IdPs). Use the links below to learn how to manage user access if you have an integration set up with the following Identity Providers:

Venn as Identity Provider
Venn can serve as your Identity Provider, meaning that you will create users and manage user information in Venn and users will log in through Venn. Use the links below to learn how to manage user access and information in Venn:
- Add users in Venn

Venn User List
Company Managers can access the User List in Company Admin to view key user information in Venn.
To access the User List:
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click Directory and you will be brought to the User List.
Information Displayed in the User List
The User List displays the following information:
- Name: User's first name, last name, and username
- Invite status: Tracks the user's onboarding progress (see statuses below)
- Devices count: Count of devices associated with the user's account. When you click the link, it will open the All devices page in Company Admin filtered to show the user's devices.
- Email: User's email address

The user has verified identity by entering their username and a verification code sent via SMS to their registered mobile phone number. This status only applies if Venn is your IdP. |

The user has installed and signed in to the Workplace mobile app. This status only applies if Venn is your IdP. |

The user has installed Workplace on their computer, completed the Compliance scan, and launched the Workplace desktop app. |
User List Actions
From the Action menu, you can:
- Export user status: Choose this option to download a CSV list of your users' information
- Add users: Choose this option to add users manually or by CSV upload
From the User List, you can click a user's name to open the User Detail Panel. From the User Detail Panel, you can:
- Manage user: Choose this option to open the user record in another tab in order to edit user information and manage user permissions
- Advanced Diagnostics: If instructed to do so by Venn’s support team, choose this option to enable additional logging to be included when you generate advanced diagnostics for advanced troubleshooting
- (If the user's invite status is not active) Invite: Choose Copy invite to share login information with the user or Revoke invite to remove the user from the list
