You can view and change your user profile information in Venn, including your recovery information, email address, and any custom fields or "data tags" your company has added.

To edit your Venn profile information:
- Open Venn's Workplace web app by clicking the globe icon
in the desktop app, located in the bottom left corner on Windows and the top right corner on Mac.

Click your name in the Account menu and select Profile and settings.

You will be brought to your Venn user profile. You may see additional fields on your profile such as Primary Contact Number, Team, Department, or Office Location depending on which custom fields or "data tags" your company has added.
- To edit profile information, click Edit Profile.
- Update the profile field(s) you would like to change and click Save Profile.
