As a Venn user, you may need to reset or change your password.
You can only change or reset your password in Venn if you sign in using a Venn password.
If you log in via a third-party Identity Provider such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud, reach out to your support team for help resetting that password.

Reset Password
Depending on your company's settings, you may be able to reset your Venn password yourself using the mobile number associated with your Venn account or you may need to reach out to your support team to request an Activation Code to use as a temporary password.
If you are logged in to Venn and you want to reset your password, follow the steps below to change your password.
Reset Your Password Yourself Using Your Mobile Number
Depending on your company's settings, you may be able to reset your password yourself using your mobile number.
To reset your password:
- Start the "forgot password" process.
- On the login page of the Workplace Desktop App, click Forgot your password?
- Go to login.venn.com, input your username, click Next, and then click Forgot password?
- Ensure your username is entered correctly and click Continue.
- If your company's settings allow you to reset your password yourself, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number to reset your password.
If your company's settings do not allow you to reset your password yourself, reach out to your support team for help resetting your password and follow the steps below to reset your password using the Activation Code that they share as a temporary password.
- Enter your Workplace account recovery mobile phone number and click Send code.
- Venn will send a verification code to your mobile phone number. Enter the 6-digit code you received and click Continue.
- Create a new secure password.
- To use a Workplace generated password, select a secure password, and click Continue.
- To create your own password, enter a new secure password, and click Create password.
- Verify your new password and click Confirm.
- Click Sign in now to log in to Venn.
Reset Your Password Using An Activation Code from Support
If you are unable to reset your password yourself using your mobile number following the steps above, contact your support team and ask for your password to be reset. Your Company Manager or Venn's support team will send you an Activation Code, which acts as a temporary password for your Workplace account.
To reset your password using an Activation Code:
- Navigate to login.venn.com.
- Sign in using your Venn username and the Activation Code as the password.
- Upon successful login, a popup will appear to create a new password.
- Enter the Activation Code In the old password field and input and verify a new secure password.
- Click Change password.
Change Password
You can change your Venn login password if it is about to expire or if you want to change your login information.
If you can't log in to Venn (for example if your password has already expired or you have forgotten your password), follow the steps above to reset your password.
To change your Venn password:
- Open the Workplace web app by clicking the globe icon in the Workplace desktop app, located in the bottom left corner on Windows and the top right corner on Mac.
- Click your name In the Account menu and select Profile and settings.
- Click Change Password.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter a new password and verify it.
- Click Change password.
