Use ReadyBlue to Identify Why Your Device Isn’t Ready to Use Venn's Blue Border

ReadyBlue is a tool that checks your computer to determine if there are any issues that could be preventing Venn's Blue Border™ from working. For example, Blue Border won't run properly if your device doesn't meet minimum system and software requirements or if there is conflicting software downloaded.

ReadyBlue generates a Device Readiness Report, which is designed to help support teams troubleshoot device issues that prevent Blue Border from working. Once you have generated your Device Readiness Report, reach out to your support team for help resolving issues that may be preventing Blue Border from working on your device.

A ReadyBlue Device Readiness Report can also be generated as part of the device's diagnostics file. Learn how to remotely generate diagnostics and use the ReadyBlue Device Readiness Report to troubleshoot device issues as a member of a support team.

This feature is only available on Windows.
Contact your support team if Venn's Blue Border is not starting or working properly on your Mac, Android, or iOS device.
