Manage Venn User Access with Auth0 as Your IdP

Once Auth0 is set up as your Venn Identity Management solution, you will create users in Venn and your users' login information will be linked from Auth0 to Venn (matching on email address).

Provision User Access to Venn when Auth0 is Your IdP

If Auth0 is set up as your Venn Identity Management solution, in order to grant user access to Venn, you must add them as users in Venn. Add users in Venn following the steps in this article.

Users will be matched on email address, so make sure that users' email addresses in Auth0 match the email address on their user record in Venn.

Once added in Venn, any user can access Venn using their Auth0 credentials. You don't need to assign the Venn application to users in Auth0. By default, any user in your Auth0 tenant can authenticate through any application in that tenant.

Remove User Access from Venn when Auth0 is Your IdP

You can remove access to Venn for a user by disabling or deleting their user account in Venn following the steps in this article. You do not need to unassign the app from users in Auth0.
