Adding Groups to a Website

The Websites feature is designed to let you and your users sign in to your web applications with one click once you’re inside the secure perimeter of Workplace. 

Groups that you have set up for your company can be assigned to any website, saving time so that you don't have to add individual users. Click here to learn about adding groups to your company. 

Assign Groups to a Website

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.

  3. Click All websites in the left side panel.

  4. Select the Website.
  5. Click Add or edit groups....

  6. Search or type the name of your group and click Add.

  7. Click the X in the upper right corner of the window to close.
