Once you have enrolled in Venn on your Android or Apple device, you can use Venn to securely access work apps, websites, and files on your mobile device.
If you no longer plan to use a mobile device for work that you enrolled in Venn, you may want to unenroll the device from Venn's MDM Solution.
Unenroll Your Android Device
If you still have access to your Workplace account, follow the steps below to unenroll via the Workplace app.
If you no longer have access to your Workplace account, you can unenroll from your device settings.
Unenroll Your Android Via the Workplace App
To unenroll your Android device via the Workplace app:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, tap the Work tab, and tap to open Workplace.
- Tap the More tab.
- Tap Unenroll my device.

Tap Unenroll my device on the confirmation screen.
Workplace will delete the Work Profile, including all work apps and data, and complete the unenrollment process.
Unenroll Your Android Via Settings
If you no longer have access to your Workplace account, you can unenroll from your device settings.
The instructions below are for Pixel devices running Android 8.0 Oreo or later. The process may differ depending on the device's Android OS version and manufacturer. For example, you may need to go to Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts in settings. Contact your device manufacturer for support if needed.To unenroll your Android device via settings:
- Open Settings.
- Search for Password & accounts.
- Tap the Work tab.
- Tap Remove Work profile.
Android OS will delete the work profile, including all work apps and data, and complete the unenrollment process.
Unenroll Your Apple Device
If you still have access to your Workplace account, follow the steps below to unenroll via the Workplace app.
If you no longer have access to your Workplace account, you can unenroll from your device settings.

To unenroll your Apple device via the Workplace app:
- Tap to open the Workplace app.
- Tap on the More tab.
- Tap Unenroll my device.

- Locate and tap your company name near the top.
- Tap Sign Out.
- Tap Sign Out in the confirmation prompt.
iOS will delete the work profile, including all work apps and data, and complete the unenrollment process.
