Once you have enrolled in Venn on your Android or Apple device, you can use Venn to securely access work apps and websites on your mobile device.
Launch a Work App on Your Android Device
To launch a work app on your Android device:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and tap the Work tab.
- Tap the app icon to launch it.
Launch a Work Website on Your Android Device
To launch a work website on your Android device:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, tap the Work tab, and tap to open Workplace.
- Tap the Apps tab.

Scroll and locate the website you would like to open.
The list is sorted alphabetically. - Tap the website name.
- If a website shares a native app and a website, you may see a modal asking you to select an option. Tap Website.
- If a website has a cloud icon, the website is restricted to a Hosted environment, which can only be accessed via a computer.
The website will open in your work-managed browser. If the website has an SSO attached to it, Workplace will prompt you to autofill the credentials once the username field is tapped.
Launch a Work App on Your Apple Device
Once installed, you can click to launch work-managed apps from your home screen like you would launch personal apps.
If you aren't sure if an app on your Apple device is work-managed or personal, you can confirm by going to the Apps tab of the Workplace app. Work-managed apps are listed in the Installed Apps section.
Launch a Work Website on Your Apple Device
To launch a work website on your Apple device:
- Tap to open the Workplace app.
- Tap the Apps tab.
