Once you have enrolled in Venn on your Android device, you can start using Venn to securely access work apps, websites, and files on your mobile device from the Work Profile.

In cases when you are not working (such as a vacation or the weekend), you may want to temporarily disable your work apps and notifications in order to use your device without any work-related interruptions. Pausing the Work Profile can also preserve battery life and increase performance.

Pause the Work Profile

To pause the Work Profile:

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.
2. Swipe down again to see all of the settings.
3. Locate the Work Mode or Work Apps tile.
   • If the tile is dimmed, the Work Profile is paused.
   • If the tile is not dimmed, the Work Profile is on.
4. Tap the undimmed Work Mode or Work Apps tile to pause the Work Profile.

   

Unpause the Work Profile

To unpause the Work Profile:

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.
2. Swipe down again to see all of the settings.
3. Locate the Work Mode or Work Apps tile.
   • If the tile is dimmed, the Work Profile is paused.
   • If the tile is not dimmed, the Work Profile is on.
4. Tap the dimmed Work Mode or Work Apps tile to unpause the Work Profile.
