Installing Workplace Mobile

Workplace Mobile enables you to access your company files, directory, device security, and more from your mobile device.

VDA LocalZone™ Users
If you have VDA LocalZone™ and you want to access work-related files and apps, click here for instructions on enrolling your mobile device.
If you have VDA LocalZone™ and you want to use Workplace Mobile for multi-factor authentication only, follow the instructions below.

Downloading and Installing Workplace on iOS

  1. Navigate to workplace.co/download on your iOS device.
  2. Tap AppStore under Workplace for iOS.
    • You have the options to view Install Instructions and System Requirements.
  3. Tap Get in the App Store.
    You may need to enter your Apple ID credentials to verify the download.
  4. Tap Open to open Workplace.

  5. Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
  6. Tap Allow Notifications.
  7. Create a work pin and enable biometric authentication.

Workplace for iOS is now installed and ready for use.

Downloading and Installing Workplace on Android

  1. Navigate to workplace.co/download on your Android device.
  2. Tap Google Play next to Workplace for Android.
  3. Tap Install in the Google Play Store.
  4. Tap Open to open Workplace.

  5. Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
  6. Tap Got It to allow notifications.
  7. Create a work pin.

Workplace for Android is now installed and ready for use.
