Installing Office 365
Installing on iOS
- Tap on the Workplace icon to launch Workplace.
- Enter your work pin or authenticate using biometric authentication.
- Tap Download Office.
- Tap Get from AppStore next to the Office application.
- Tap Get and enter your Apple ID credentials.
The Office 365 application will download and install an icon on the home screen.
Installing on Android
- Tap on the Workplace icon to launch Workplace.
- Enter your work pin or authenticate using biometric authentication.
- Tap More.
- Tap Get Office 365.
- Tap the Download icon next to the Office application.
- Tap Install in the Google Play Store.
The Office 365 application will download and install an icon on the home screen.
Activating Office 365
To edit a file using an Office 365 application, you must activate Office 365.
- Open any Office (Word, Excel or Powerpoint) application on your mobile device.
- Sign into the application using the Office 365 credentials associated with your Workplace account.
- This is usually the same as your Workplace username and password, but it can be different. Contact your company manager if you have any questions.
Adding Workplace to Your Places in Office 365
- Open any Office (Word, Excel or Powerpoint) application on your mobile device.
- Tap Open.
- Tap Add a Place.
- Select Workplace.
- Tap Allow Access.
- Repeat these steps for any other Office 365 application.
