Installing Workplace Mobile

Workplace Mobile enables you to access your company files, directory, device security, and more from your mobile device.

These instructions are for Workplace Stronghold users installing Workplace for Mobile for the first time.
-  If you are a Blue Border user installing Venn's Workplace app on your mobile device, see Set Up Venn on an Apple Mobile Device or Set Up Venn on an Android Mobile Device.
-  If you are a Workplace Stronghold user installing Workplace Mobile on an additional device, see Installing Workplace Mobile.
- If are a VDA LocalZone™ user and you want to access work-related files and apps, see Enrolling a Mobile Device with LocalZone for instructions. If you only want to use Workplace Mobile for multi-factor authentication, follow the instructions below.

Downloading and Installing Workplace on iOS

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com/online/downloads on your iOS device.
  2. Tap AppStore under Workplace for iOS.
    • You have the options to view Install Instructions and System Requirements.
  3. Tap Get in the App Store.
    You may need to enter your Apple ID credentials to verify the download.
  4. Tap Open to open Workplace.

  5. Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
  6. Tap Allow Notifications.
  7. Create a work pin and enable biometric authentication.

Workplace for iOS is now installed and ready for use.

Downloading and Installing Workplace on Android

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com/online/downloads on your Android device.
  2. Tap Google Play next to Workplace for Android.
  3. Tap Install in the Google Play Store.
  4. Tap Open to open Workplace.

  5. Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
  6. Tap Got It to allow notifications.
  7. Create a work pin.

Workplace for Android is now installed and ready for use.
