The DLP and Device policy pages in the Admin Portal have grown over time, and it hasn't always been easy to tell at a glance which policies are on, which are off, and what each control actually does.

What's New

Refreshed DLP and Device Policy pages

The main DLP Policy and Device Policy pages have a cleaner layout that makes it easier to scan your default policies and any Policy Overrides:

• Unrestricted and Restricted labels are now Enabled and Disabled, so it's immediately clear whether a policy is on.
• The Change button next to each policy is now a pencil (edit) icon.
• Descriptions throughout both pages have been updated for clarity and consistent naming.

Standardized DLP policy edit screens

The individual DLP policy edit screens now share a consistent design:

• Radio-button Unrestricted / Restricted options are now toggles.
• Settings that only apply to Windows are now clearly labeled.
• Descriptions throughout have been updated for clarity.
