Accessing Your Personal Folder

Workplace provides a cloud based file system.  Files saved in Workplace are secure and backed up.  Once you understand how your files are organized, you can access them from any approved device, including a smartphone or tablet.

The Personal Folder is intended to be used for your personal files, like pay stubs, expense details, or a draft of a report you are working on.

Access Your Personal Folder on the Workplace Web App

  1. Navigate to login.os33.com and sign-in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click Files in the sidebar.

  3. Modern Workplace Filesystem users, click on the folder named with Your Name.
    Classic Workplace Filesystem users, click on the folder named Work (Your Name).

Access Your Personal Folder on the Hosted File Manager

  1. Navigate to login.os33.com or launch Workplace Desktop and sign-in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Launch Hosted File Manager.
  3. Modern Workplace Filesystem users, navigate to the following folder path: S:\Your Name.
    Classic Workplace Filesystem users, navigate to the following folder path: Y:\My Documents or Y:\Personal

Access Your Personal Folder on Locally via Workplace Drive

  1. Launch Workplace Desktop and sign-in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click the Workplace Drive icon.
  3. Modern Workplace Filesystem users, navigate to the following folder path: S:\Your Name.
    Classic Workplace Filesystem users, navigate to the following folder path: S:\Work (Your Name)
