Uploading and Downloading Files in Workplace for Browsers

If you are unable to access files via syncing or Hosted apps (Citrix) you may be able to access and download them with the Workplace Web App.

Upload Files in Workplace for Browsers

Uploading a File Larger Than 100 MB with the Workplace Web App Is Not Supported.
To upload a file larger than 100 MB, please utilize File Syncing via Your Computer.

1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click Filesicon-folder.
   
3. Navigate to the folder you would like to upload your files to.
4. Upload your file.
   • Click New and select Upload. Select files...
     Workplace will open an in-browser file manager for you to select your file, or you can drag and drop files into the folder.

Download Files in Workplace for Browsers

Downloading Multiple Files Simultaneously in the Workplace Web App Is Not Supported.
To download multiple files simultaneously, please utilize File Syncing via Your Computer.

1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click Filesicon-folder.
   
3. Navigate to the file you would like to download.
4. Select the file.
5. Click Download in the action bar.
