Searching in the Workplace Web App

With Global Search, you can find what you need incredibly fast. Global Search can help you:

• Find any Fileicon-folderby name.
• Find a coworker in the Workplace Directoryicon-directory.
• Auto sign-in to any saved Websiteicon-explore-websites.
• Launch any App.

To use Global Search:

1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click Search.
   
3. Start typing the first few letters for search results.
4. Click the Launch button to open the search result or click View all files containing to perform an advanced file search.
