Sharing a File in Workplace for Browsers

The File Sharing Feature Is Required to Share Files.
Organizations that wish to access this feature can contact their customer success manager or workplace provider.

With File Sharing, you can share files with clients and coworkers incredibly fast.

Sharing a File in Workplace Web App

1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click icon-folder Files in the sidebar.
   
3. Navigate to the file you would like to share.
4. Select your file row and click Share.
   
5. Choose the type of share link.
   For private links, you will be asked to specify a mobile number for your recipient.
   
6. Copy the link and send it to your recipient.
