Announcement September 9, 2026: macOS Golden Gate (Version 27) Is Supported by Venn's Blue Border

The Venn team thoroughly tests each new version of macOS and makes any necessary adjustments to our Blue Border product to ensure a seamless user experience for our customers.

On September 9, 2026, Apple announced that macOS Golden Gate (version 27) will be available to the public on September 14, 2026.

Blue Border fully supports macOS Golden Gate (version 27). You can update to macOS 27 as soon as it's available on September 14, 2026 — Blue Border will work as expected.

For brand new users installing Blue Border on macOS 27, the Workplace browser extension will only be installed in the browser inside Blue Border going forward. If they then try to access the Workplace web app outside of Blue Border, they'll need to install the extension in their personal browser as well following the instructions in this prompt.

Venn's Blue Border currently supports the following Mac operating systems:

• macOS Ventura, version 13
• macOS Sonoma, version 14
• macOS Sequoia, version 15
• macOS Tahoe, version 26
• macOS Golden Gate, version 27
