Resolved September 14, 2026: macOS 27 App Launch Delays

Status: Active — Last updated 10:20 AM ET on September 14, 2026

We are aware of a compatibility issue affecting some Mac users following today's macOS 27 (Golden Gate) release.

What users are experiencing: After launching a Blue Border app on macOS 27, the connection may take longer than usual to restart, and the app may briefly display a message indicating no internet connection.
What users can do in the meantime: We recommend holding off on upgrading to macOS 27 until this is resolved. If you're already on macOS 27 and hitting this, contact Venn Support so we can apply a workaround to your account.
