Announcement June 15, 2026: Scheduled DNS Maintenance

Between 3-3:30am ET on Monday 6/15, our web filtering provider will be conducting scheduled maintenance to improve our DNS filtering resilience.

We're working with our filtering provider to align their timeout settings with ours, preventing cascading delays and keeping the filtering service responsive to new queries even under load.

No downtime is expected.

While no downtime is expected, it’s possible that DNS query resolution time may be slightly delayed, causing websites or apps to load slower than normal or fail to connect momentarily. We'll be actively monitoring during the maintenance window. If an issue is detected, we'll pause web filtering to keep things running smoothly, then restore it once the maintenance is complete.
