The Venn team thoroughly tests each new version of macOS and makes any necessary adjustments to our Blue Border product to ensure a seamless user experience for our customers.
Apple released a preview of macOS Golden Gate (version 27) on June 8, 2026, with a final release to the public expected this fall. As of our September 3, 2026 release, Blue Border works with the current macOS Golden Gate beta.
We do not yet consider macOS Golden Gate (version 27) to be officially supported. Apple may make further changes before the version's official public release that could affect compatibility. We will confirm official support here and update our system requirements once testing on the final release is complete.
Venn's Blue Border currently supports the following Mac operating systems:
- macOS Ventura, version 13
- macOS Sonoma, version 14
- macOS Sequoia, version 15
- macOS Tahoe, version 26
