Rolling Out Soon The updated web sign-in and download pages will be available for all Blue Border customers soon.

Getting Blue Border™ up and running should be fast and straightforward for employees who are new to Venn or setting up on a new device. We've updated the web app sign-in and download pages to make that process clearer from start to finish.

What's New

Web App Sign-In Page

The sign-in page has a cleaner, more modern look that matches the updated design of the desktop app, so users have a consistent experience when they first download Blue Border.

Blue Border Download Page

The download page has a fresh new look, and now includes built-in "How does it work?" and FAQ sections so users can get oriented without leaving the page.

Returning User Experience

When a returning user signs back in on the web, they'll see a page tailored to their role:

  • End users are prompted to open or download the Blue Border app.
  • Admins get easy access to the Company Management portal directly in the browser, with the option to download the app if they're on a new device.

Get Started

There's nothing you need to configure or enable on your end; users will see the new experience automatically. 

You may want to:

  • Check your logo: The logo that appears in the top left of Blue Border is the same one shown when users click their badge. To update it, go to Theme in the Admin Portal. Learn more about customizing your company theme.
  • Update documentation: If you've shared screenshots of the end-user experience with your users in onboarding guides, IT documentation, or internal wikis, you may want to update them once the new look has been released.
