Company Managers can now set up automatic app installation on Mac using a Homebrew cask token, similar to how automatic installation works with Winget on Windows. Before, setting this up on Mac meant uploading an installer file and keeping it up to date yourself. Now Homebrew maintains the installer for you, so setup is a one-time task.

Enhancement
We’re rolling out full data isolation for the Claude desktop app on Mac. Application data now stays secured on the Venn Disk. If you used the Claude desktop app in Blue Border on your Mac prior to this update, you may need to copy over your settings and history following these instructions.

Enhancement
We reduced desktop app startup time by 34% — from 87 to 57 seconds for 95% of users. The difference is immediately noticeable for users who were waiting the longest for Blue Border to start after signing in.
Enhancement
We updated how Blue Border handles DNS for Windows 11+ to prevent third-party DNS filtering services from intercepting or disrupting lookups inside the Secure Enclave. This resolves many of the conflicts with third-party security tools that previously blocked users during onboarding.

We improved how we route web conferencing and VoIP app traffic inside Blue Border to enable optimal performance. We've extended App-Based Routing to also exclude UDP traffic for conferencing and VoIP apps, ensuring that real-time audio and video is routed as efficiently as possible.
