We recommend that users keep their Workplace app up-to-date to ensure that they have the newest features, functionality, and bug fixes in Blue Border.

Update Available

Venn automatically checks for updates every few hours. When an update is available, it will be automatically downloaded to your computer and the Update icon will appear in the Workplace app in the left panel on a PC or in the top right on a Mac.

Workplace App Automatic Updates

Once Venn has detected and automatically downloaded an update, it will be automatically applied next time you restart the Workplace app.

If you regularly sign out of the Workplace app or shut down your computer, updates will be applied for you automatically.

Manually Update the Workplace App

To manually update the Workplace app, click the Update icon in the Workplace app in the left panel on a PC or in the top right on a Mac.

If you do not see the Update icon, Venn hasn't detected any available updates. Venn checks for updates every couple of hours. You can also manually check if you have the latest version of the Workplace app installed under Settings and click to update if there is a new version available.
