In the event that a computer will no longer be used with Venn, or you need to start with a fresh profile, you can use the "remove work data" option to remove all synced files, app settings, and preferences from your device without uninstalling Venn.
Removing work data will remove all app/user configurations. You will have to reconfigure apps and sign back into your accounts if you need to access Venn from this device in the future.

Remove Work Data on Windows
To remove work data on a Windows computer:
- Click Settings in the bottom left of the navigation menu.
- At the bottom of the settings page, click Remove work data.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Sign out & remove data.

To remove work data on a Mac:
- Click the Settings icon in the top right of the app.
- In the settings pop-up that appears, click Remove work data.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Sign out & remove data.
