We recommend that users keep their Workplace app up-to-date to ensure that they have the newest features, functionality, and bug fixes in Blue Border.

Update Available

Venn automatically checks for updates every few hours. When an update is available, it will be automatically downloaded to your computer and you will receive an update notification.

Click Update now to update or Update later to delay 24 hours. Venn will still automatically install updates when you restart the Workplace app.

Some updates require a full Venn restart while others can be completed while you're working. Make sure you save your work before completing an update that will require a restart.

Workplace App Automatic Updates

Once Venn has detected and automatically downloaded an update, it will be automatically applied next time you restart the Workplace app.

If you regularly sign out of the Workplace app or shut down your computer, updates will be applied for you automatically.

Manually Update the Workplace App

To manually update the Workplace app, go to Settings and click Update available.

Check if Venn is Up-to-Date

You can manually check if you have the latest version of the Workplace app installed under Settings.
