As of 1:00 PM ET, we are still waiting for full functionality to be restored. This continues to severely impact server provisioning, and AWS is currently throttling server provisions, which is slowing recovery efforts. As a result, many users are likely experiencing issues launching or using hosted applications.

Email access via webmail and mobile devices remains fully functional and is not impacted. Our team continues to monitor AWS recovery progress closely and will restore full service as soon as possible.
