At 4:00 AM ET on Monday, October 20, 2025, Venn experienced disruptions due to a major AWS outage. The outage affected multiple services, including server provisioning.
By 7:00 AM ET, some services were restored, but we are still addressing issues affecting server provisioning and access to hosted applications. Email on mobile devices should be fully functional.
