Reset Your Workplace Password

There are three ways a user can reset their account password:

Resetting Your Account Password With Your Mobile Phone Number

  1. Open the Workplace Desktop application and click Forgot your password?
    Alternatively, you can navigate to login.venn.com and click Forgot password?Screen_Shot_2019-08-27_at_11.15.22_AM.png 1_Forgot_Password.png
  2. Enter your Username and click Continue.
    • In some cases, your account may have extra security features enabled.  These accounts will require a Company Manager or Workplace support to reset the password.
  3. Enter your Workplace account recovery mobile phone number and click Send code.
    Workplace will send a verification code to the mobile phone number. 
  4. Enter the 6-digit code you received and click Continue.
  5. Create a new secure password.
    • To use a Workplace generated password:
      • Select a secure password and click Continue.
    • To create your own password:
      • Enter a new secure password and click Create password.

  6. Verify your new password and click Confirm.
  7. Click Sign in now to log into the Workplace Web App.
    • Remember to update your password on your native E-mail applications, such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, and sign in to Workplace for Windows or Workplace for Mac.

Resetting Your Account Password Through Your Company Manager

  1. Contact your Company Manager and ask for a password reset.
  2. Your Company Manager will send you an activation code for your Workplace account.
  3. Navigate to login.venn.com.
  4. Sign in to Workplace with your Username and the activation code as the password.
    Upon successful login, a popup will appear to create a new password.
  5. Enter the activation code for the old password.
  6. Enter a new secure password.

  7. Click Change password.
    • Remember to update your password on your native E-mail applications, such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, and sign in to Workplace for Windows or Workplace for Mac.
  8. Update your recovery email and phone number.

Resetting Your Account Password Through Workplace Support

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com.
  2. Click Get Help.

  3. Enter your contact details, a description of the login issue and click Send.

  4. A Workplace Support Specialist will contact you to help you resolve the login issue.
    Note: Workplace will require approval from your Company Manager to reset your password.
  5. The Workplace Support Specialist will send you an activation code for your Workplace account.
  6. Navigate to login.venn.com.
  7. Sign in to Workplace with your Username and the activation code as the password.
    Upon successful login, a popup will appear to create a new password.
  8. Enter the activation code for the old password.
  9. Enter a new secure password.

  10. Click Change password.
    • Remember to update your password on your native E-mail applications, such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, and sign in to Workplace for Windows or Workplace for Mac.
  11. Update your recovery email and phone number.
