In some cases, such as a Workplace redeployment or an upgrade to a new mobile device, you maybe need to unlink the Workplace Mobile application from your Workplace account. Remember to sign-in to your new mobile device before unlinking your old mobile device.
Unlink Your Workplace Account on an iOS Device
- Open Workplace for iOS
- Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap Unlink Device in the list.
- Tap Unlink Device.
Your Workplace account has successfully been unlinked from this mobile device.
Unlink Your Workplace Account on an Android Device
- Open Workplace for Android
- Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap Unlink device in the list.
- Tap Unlink device.

- Open Workplace for iOS
- Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap Unlink Device in the list.
- Tap Keep this device enrolled.
Unlink Your Workplace Account on an Android Device with LocalZone™
When your device is enrolled in LocalZone™, and you need to uninstall Workplace but keep the device enrolled:
- Open Workplace for Android
- Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap Unlink device in the list.
- Tap Keep this device enrolled.
