Unlink a Workplace Account From a Mobile Device

In some cases, such as a Workplace redeployment or an upgrade to a new mobile device, you maybe need to unlink the Workplace Mobile application from your Workplace account. Remember to sign-in to your new mobile device before unlinking your old mobile device.

Unlink Your Workplace Account on an iOS Device

  1. Open Workplace for iOS
  2. Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
  3. Tap More in the navigation bar.
  4. Tap Unlink Device in the list.

Your Workplace account has successfully been unlinked from this mobile device.

  1. Open Workplace for iOS
  2. Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
  3. Tap More in the navigation bar.
  4. Tap Unlink Device in the list.
  5. Tap Keep this device enrolled.

Unlink Your Workplace Account on an Android Device with LocalZone™

When your device is enrolled in LocalZone™, and you need to uninstall Workplace but keep the device enrolled:

  1. Open Workplace for Android
  2. Enter your Workplace pin or biometric information
  3. Tap More in the navigation bar.
  4. Tap Unlink device in the list.
  5. Tap Keep this device enrolled.
