If you've lost a device or suspect your device has been compromised, you can sign out of the device remotely and block access to Workplace on the go with Workplace Mobile.
This will disconnect all other apps and browser sessions, but leave your phone connected. This is helpful if sign-in verification is enabled on your account because you can sign your device back in.
If you sign out everywhere from Workplace for Browsers, your phone, as well as all browsers and apps, will be disconnected. This means you’ll have to talk to a company manager to approve a pending session or contact support to link your mobile device again before you can access work.
Workplace for iOS
- Open Workplace for iOS and sign-in with valid credentials.
- Tap More.
- Tap Device Security.
- Tap Sign out of all other sessions.
Workplace for Android
- Open Workplace for Android and sign-in with valid credentials.
- Tap More.
- Tap Device Security.
- Tap Sign out of all other sessions.
