If you've lost a device or suspect your device has been compromised, you can sign out of the device remotely and block access to Workplace.
To Remove One Device or Session from Your Account
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device. - Click the Account menu.
- Select Profile and settings.
- In the sidebar, click Devices & security.
- Click the on any listed device, app, or browser to see details such as:
- Click Disconnect and wipe files to the device, app or browser from your account.
Wiping of data will start immediately when the device is online, or whenever it connects to the internet and receives the delete command from Workplace for Browsers. Workplace for Windows and macOS or the Workplace helper app that runs in the background will have to be active to start deletion.
To Sign Out of All Your Devices
Warning: You May Lock Yourself out of Workplace!
When using this option, you will unlink any mobile device on your account and would need to talk to your company manager or call support to re-enable access
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click the Account menu.
- Select Profile and settings.
- In the sidebar, click Devices & security.
- Click Sign out everywhere else to disconnect all browsers and Workplace for Windows and macOS and Workplace for Android and iOS. Your current browser session will remain signed in.
To re-enable your mobile device: Talk to your company manager or contact support to approve a pending session.
