Review and Identify Unusual Account Activity

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click the icon-big-profile Account menu.
  3. Select icon-profile Profile and settings.
  4. In the sidebar, click icon-activity Activity.

activity_korea.pngLook for unfamiliar activity patterns or single events, like:

  1. Unknown or unfamiliar locations.  Do you see activity from locations you haven't visited?
  2. Repeated invalid login attempts when you don’t remember having problems signing in.
  3. Files shared that you didn’t share.
    • Though not actual actions in your account, files you shared may cause a flurry of account activity, due to others previewing or downloading that file.
  4. Sign-ins to websites you don’t recall, especially ones containing confidential information.

If you see any of the unusual activity events listed above, remotely sign out your active sessions and change your password.
