Managing Private Users

What is a Private User?

In some cases, your organization may have information provided by certain users that need to be locked down and restricted to a limited amount of users.  For example, the files and settings of a Chief Level Executive should be visible and managed by a select few.

In these situations, a user can be converted to a private user.  A private user’s files and settings can only be accessed by a private company manager.  The private user’s files are invisible and inaccessible to anyone in the company who is not a private company manager.
