As a Company Manager, you can assign apps to users in Venn for use on Windows and macOS.
Before assigning websites to users, configure available Windows and macOS apps in Venn on the All Apps page in Company Admin.

If you would like to assign an app to a group of users, create a new user group if needed and manage which users are in each group.
To assign apps to users and groups:
- Navigate to the Admin Portal.
- In your browser, go to https://login.venn.com/ and sign in if prompted. Then, click Open Admin Portal.
- From the desktop app, click the
Open web app icon. Then, click Company Admin in the top right.
- Click All apps and then click Windows & macOS.

Locate and click on the desired app. Click Add or edit users.
- Assign the application following the instructions below.
- All Users: To assign the app to all users, click the radio button next to Assign to all users. This will assign the application to the All User group.

Specific Groups and Individual Users
- Click the radio button next to Assign to groups and individual users.
- Enter the name of the user or group and click Add users.

To remove a user or group once added, click Remove next to the group or user's name.
- If desired, check the App favorite settings box to "star" the app and add it to assigned users' Launch tab in the Workplace app by default.

Click Save.
The application will be assigned to the selected users and groups.
