Enabling Forgot Password for the Company

This Functionality Is Enabled by Default for Organizations Running on the Modern Workplace Filesystem

Enable Forgot Password for the Company

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.

  3. Click View all settings.

  4. Click Company.
  5. Click on Security options.

  6. Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
  7. Select the type of multifactor authentication next to User MFA default.

  8. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
  9. Remember to add a registered phone number for each user.
