Requesting a New Data Tag

As a company manager, you can contact support to customize what information is shown in the company directory. This information is called Data Tags, and these data tags will be requested from employees during onboarding. 

To Add a New Data Tag

  1. Determine the following information:
    • The Name of your data tag.
    • The Description of the data tag so employees understand what to fill in during onboarding.
    • The Type of info you'd like to collect:
      • Email
      • Fax Number
      • Phone Number
      • Custom text
      • A file.
    • Is the data tag required during onboarding?
      If you require collecting this data, be aware that the employee may get stuck during onboarding until they have the information. If it's not required, they can skip this step.
  2. Once you have determined the information above, contact support to open a request ticket.
