Coming Soon The Blue Border Product Updates Center will be made available for all Blue Border customers on July 16, 2026.

Staying on top of what's changing in Blue Border is about to get easier. Now you can go to one place for updates from big features to every bug fix and choose exactly which updates you want delivered in your mailbox.

What's New

Product Updates Center

The Product Updates Center replaces the Release Notes section in the Help Center and organizes updates into three sections:

  • Changelog: A running list of everything that changes in Blue Border — new features, enhancements, and bug fixes — added as each change becomes available to all customers.
  • Release Highlights: Standalone articles spotlighting notable new features and enhancements that are coming soon.
  • Status: Notices about service disruptions, compatibility issues, and other advisories that affect Blue Border.

You can also subscribe to get emails about the sections you care about — subscriptions are set per section, so you'll only hear about what you choose.

Blue Border Changelog

For the first time, we're publishing a customer-facing Changelog that includes details about everything that's changed in Blue Border, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Items are added to the Changelog once they are available to all customers, so features that are rolled out in waves will not appear until they have reached all Blue Border customers.

Get Started

Starting July 16, 2026, visit the Product Updates Center to browse updates and subscribe to the categories you want emails about. If you've bookmarked or linked to the old Release Notes page, you'll be redirected automatically — no need to update any saved links.

FAQ

What happened to the Release Notes page?

It's been replaced by the Product Updates Center. Existing links to Release Notes will redirect automatically to the new page.

How do I subscribe to updates?

From the Product Updates Center, subscribe by section — Changelog, Release Highlights, or Status — to control exactly which emails you receive.

Will I still receive product emails if I don't subscribe?

We're not making any changes to the emails about product updates that our Customer Success team send out to customers at this time — you will continue receiving those emails when the Product Updates Center is released.
