Setting Up Access Restrictions

Restrictions Can Be Enabled at a Group or User Level.

In some cases, company managers can enable restrictions for users to access their accounts.  Company managers can:

Restrict Access by Time

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.

  3. Click Manage Groups or Manage users.

  4. Click on the user's name or the group name.
  5. Click on Time-based access rights.

  6. Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
  7. Select a Time Zone.
    In order to define the time-based access rights for the user, select the time zone that the user works in.
  8. Select the Login denied key and click each box corresponding to an hour and day of the week.
    In the example, the user is permitted access Monday-Friday from 9AM to 6PM.

  9. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

Restrict Access by Location

  1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.

  2. Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.

  3. Click Manage Groups or Manage users.

  4. Click on the user's name or the group name.
  5. Click on IP-based access rights.

  6. Click Add IP range.
  7. Enter the lower and upper range IP range to allow access from as well as a name for the location.

  8. Click Ok at the bottom of the page.
