Removing or Modifying Permissions of a Shared Folder Is Only Supported on the Modern Workplace Filesystem.
When you have a user that is transferring to another department or project, it is recommended to remove or modify their permissions to any respective Shared Folders.
To Remove or Modify Permissions of a Shared Folder
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click All files.
- Click Employees.
- Click the name of the user.
- Hover over the desired shared folder and click Sharing.
- Locate the user and click on the Permissions button.
- Select the appropriate permission settings for the user.
- To remove access, click Remove member.
