With Venn’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) software for Android, you can provision Google Play applications with additional security controls, provide SSO access to key apps and websites, and enforce device security compliance on personally owned mobile devices.
After you have completed these steps, users will be able to enroll in Venn’s MDM software on their Android devices.
To set up Venn’s Android MDM solution for your organization:
- Navigate to login.venn.com and Sign In with valid credentials. You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
- Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click Connected apps in the sidebar at left and select MDM enrollment.
- Under the Android MDM enrollment section, click Launch Google to connect an account.
- Log in to your Google Account to create an Android Enterprise account.
- If you have a Google Account associated with your work email address, use that login information.
- If you do not have a Google Account account associated with your work email address, follow the instructions here to create a Google Account using an existing email address.
- You may use a personal gmail account, if necessary.
- Click Sign up under Sign up for Android only.
- Click SIGN IN.
- Sign in using the Google Account information that you used to create your Android Enterprise account in step 5 above.
- Enter your Business name and click Next.
Note: The EMM provider should be mdm-smb001. - Optionally, enter the details of your organization's Data Protection Officer and EU Representative.
- Click Confirm to continue.
- Click Complete Registration.
- The MDM enrollment modal will update and reflect the new connected status.
