Reset Secure Browser

When working in the Secure Browser, you may notice that your browsing performance may degrade over time.  Secure Browser uses Chrome as its foundation, which can use a lot of memory.  

If you feel the performance of Secure Browser is degraded, you can reset the Secure Browser.  This will close all active sessions and tabs and open a new session.  Please remember to save your work before resetting the Secure Browser.

Reset Secure Browser via Workplace Desktop

  1. Open Workplace Desktop and sign-in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click on the Help icon.

  3. Click Reset Secure Browser.

Reset Secure Browser via Workplace Web App

  1. Navigate to login.os33.com and sign-in with valid credentials.
    You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
  2. Click Help.

  3. Click Reset Secure Browser.
