Release Note August 1, 2024: Introducing ReadyBlue, Venn’s Device Readiness Diagnostic Tool

Venn might not be able to run due to device issues such as not meeting minimum system and software requirements, conflicting installed software, network configuration issues, or performance problems. ReadyBlue is Venn's new diagnostic tool that identifies what device issues could be preventing Venn from starting or working properly on a Windows device.

ReadyBlue enables more efficient troubleshooting so that you can get Venn up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ReadyBlue for Support Teams

ReadyBlue generates a Device Readiness Report, which is designed to help support teams troubleshoot device issues that prevent Venn from working.

Users can generate the report to share with support or it can be generated remotely from Company admin as part of the diagnostics file.
