Once you have enrolled in Venn on your Android or Apple device, you can use Venn to securely access work apps, websites, and files on your mobile device.
If you no longer plan to use a mobile device for work that you enrolled in Venn, you may want to unenroll the device from Venn's MDM Solution.
Unenroll Your Android Device
Unenroll via the Workplace App
To unenroll your Android device:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, tap the Work tab, and tap to open Workplace.
- Tap the More tab.
- Tap Unenroll my device.

Tap Unenroll my device on the confirmation screen.
Workplace will delete the Work Profile, including all work apps and data, and complete the unenrollment process.
Unenroll via Settings
In the event you are no longer able to sign into the Workplace application, you may need to remove the Workplace without opening the app.
The instructions below are for a stock Android 12 device. The process may differ depending on the device's Android OS version and manufacturer. Contact your device manufacturer for support if needed.To unenroll your Android device from settings at your stock Android 12 device:
- Open Settings.
- Search for Password & accounts.
- Tap the Work tab.
- Tap Remove Work profile.
Android OS will delete the work profile, including all work apps and data, and complete the unenrollment process.
To Unenroll Your Apple Device

- Locate and tap your company name near the top.
- Tap Sign Out.
