Venn enables admins to easily assign locally installed applications that are authorized for use in the Secure Enclave to users and groups. This ensures that only authorized applications are used while implementing additional security controls. By utilizing features such as Device/DLP Policy settings, along with Dynamic Access Control, these applications can be accessed and protected on work-approved devices with enhanced security measures. This article will guide you through the process of assigning apps to a user or a group of users.

Navigate to login.venn.com and Sign In with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click All apps and then click Windows & macOS.
- Locate and click on the desire app. Click Add or edit users.
- Applications can be assigned to:
- All Users
- Click the radio button next to Assign to all users to assign the applications to the All User group.
- Click the radio button next to Assign to all users to assign the applications to the All User group.
- Specific Groups and Individual Users
- Click the radio button next to Assign to groups and individual users.
- Enter the name of the user or group and click Add users.
- To remove a user or group, click Remove next to the group or user's name.
- All Users
- Select the desired App favorite setting:

Check the box to set the application as a favorite app.
Favorite apps are added to a user's Launch section for easy access. -
Uncheck the box to set the application as non-favorite app.
Non-favorite apps are NOT added to a user's Launch section. Users will need to view the Apps section to access and launch the app.

Check the box to set the application as a favorite app.
- Click Save.
The application has been assigned to the desired users.
